About
People need to experience the love of Christ. We do whatever it takes to make that possible.
WHO WE ARE
Mission (Acts 17):
In Acts 17 Paul gives us the foundation for our ministry.
Paul looks around and sees tons of idols. He probably knows that Socrates was executed for religious impiety (“refusing to recognize the gods of the state”), among other charges. So instead of condemning their paganism, he applauds their religiosity. He goes on to explain the truth using their culture as a platform.
Paul relates to his audience by finding common ground. Both he and the Athenians have a belief system based in the supernatural, so he decides to help bring a definition into their belief system.
He relates to his audience by speaking a common language. In verse 28 Paul says “In him we live and move and exist” and “For we also are his offspring.” Those are actually quotes from secular poets that he knew would be familiar to them. Paul used elements of their own art and culture to help reveal spiritual truth.
Like a hill cluttered with idols, our culture today is inundated with the arts. Taking cues from Paul’s methods, Keynote seeks to build a bridge for communication by using elements of familiar art and culture to reveal spiritual truth and deliver the gospel.
Keynote brings that message through innovative resources, screen-based ministry, performing arts, film, and communication training.

Endorsements:
“Campus Crusade for Christ ‘plays Christ in ten thousand places’ and has done so with tender accuracy in my life as well. I am thankful for the combined heart of these people to reach those who are spiritually lonely with the companionship of Christ.”
- Donald Miller, Author – Blue Like Jazz
“There’s nothing like Campus Crusade for Christ in the history of the Christian world.”
- Billy Graham, Evangelist
“I started having a lot of sex my senior year of high school and drank more than I intended. I never thought I’d start drinking. My uncle was killed by a drunk driver. I’d get drunk and then drive back home. It was a desperate time for me. My heart was empty. Then I went to college and met Rudy (a CCC staff person). He invited me to come to a blue sky nine concert, so I did. If Keynote wasn’t there—if blue sky nine wasn’t there—I wouldn’t be a Christian right now.”
- Steven Murawski, Texas A&M University Corpus Christi Student
“I partly want to thank you for bringing your amazing musical talents, but what really impressed me most were your servants’ hearts. Honestly. My team and I were really impressed with how you selflessly served—setting up, playing, and going through it. Thank you so much for all your hard work, my friends. Your sacrifice and work for us really will impact the lost on this campus. The energy you brought to the meeting was amazing.”
- Brett Yacovella, Campus Ministry Concert Host
“It is a new day for our ministry.”
- Luther, North African Concert Host
“Why doesn’t everybody use you?”
- Jeff Scholten, Iowa Catalytic
