[In 2011 Keynote celebrates 45 years of ministry. We thought we would use our Friday posts to look back on God’s faithfulness through the years.]

In 1967, the University of California at Berkeley was a “hotbed of radical campus activism.” The New Folk joined Campus Crusade staff members and 600 students to confront the campus with the radical message of the gospel during a week of events that came to be known as “The Berkeley Blitz.” More than 700 students and faculty members received Christ. *

Below is a sampling of comments from concerts by the New Folk during 1968.
