As we begin a new year, we would greatly appreciate your prayers. Here are some prayer requests for 2012 representing Keynote’s three outreach lanes and our opportunities to minister internationally.
Digital Media Resources: Reaching the digitally-native generation with the gospel of Christ through social media and mobile technology.
- Pray for us to partner and teach well as we seek to resource and empower ministry leaders to do evangelism and discipleship through digital strategies and tools.
- Pray for the team as they strive to be on the forefront of ever changing technologies and continue with existing projects such as MissionHub (an online follow-up system) and God Tools (smartphone app).
- Pray that we will connect with the right people as we continue to offer MissionHub to other ministries, and that as we make changes to meet the needs of users, each step would move us forward and not break things that had been working.
- Pray for us as we update God Tools and translate it into multiple languages.
- Pray for stamina and balance as each person on the team has many responsibilities to prioritize.
Communication Training: Training people who love Jesus to communicate with excellence to Christians and non-Christians alike.
- Pray for God to use the 18 short training videos that were filmed in November and December on the topics of worship leading, program planning and emceeing.
- Pray for the post-production process to go smoothly so the videos will be ready by February 1 to post online. Pray that the end result will be clear, compelling and Christ-centered.
Creative Outreaches: Utilizing the power of music, short film and other creative arts, Keynote makes Christ known around the world.
- Pray that God would continue to meet us in our efforts to grow as people called to build his kingdom, and to grow as artists.
- In addition to the outreaches we already do, pray that we are able to develop new ways to use our abilities and passions to serve other ministries, proclaim the gospel and contribute to building spiritual movements.
International Opportunities
Pray for the Lord’s favor in our preparation for these upcoming projects as we work out the details of timing, personnel and funding for each event:
- Guatemala – communication training in February
- Bulgaria – communication training in June
- Estonia – worship leading and creative outreaches in conjunction with Heartbeat Tallinn in July
