Human Resources shepherds Keynote staff, stewards their gifts, and shapes the culture of the ministry. We incorporate traditional administrative personnel functions with areas of recruiting, training, leadership development, and member care. We serve God through providing strategic leadership, administering effective processes, maximizing individuals’ contribution, and expanding Keynote’s organizational capacity.
Marketing is responsible for the public face of Keynote. This includes marketing and booking our artists and communicating who Keynote is, what we do, and how we can resource other ministries through effective media, outreach tools, and training.
International Opportunities takes the resources Keynote has and sends them overseas.
Fund Development exists to support the mission and vision of Keynote through challenging people to invest their L.I.F.E. (Labor, Influence, Finances, or Expertise). This department is responsible for managing fund-raising events, corresponding with key partners, and working behind the scenes to insure ease of communication and tracking of resources.
Keynote’s current artists can be found here. These are the folks who are out doing their thing, sharing the gospel and their hearts on the front lines. Right now, our artists include bands, solo artists, and a ventriloquist.
Keynote Creative Communication Group pioneers new events to help train people in the arts. As new phases are brought to life, we need to create a solid infrastructure that sustains these new venues of teaching music, communication skills, conference arts, and the creative arts.
The Operations department oversees all ministry finances, physical facilities, vehicles, and A/V equipment.
