Whether you’re gaining sponsors online, by email, phone, snail-mail or face-face you’ll want to keep track of those sponsors using the excel spreadsheet we provide. We have already identified the fields we need in order to process thank you and collection letters after the event.

Online sponsorships: If some of your sponsors have filled out an online commitment, then you don’t need to include them in your spreadsheet. We have access to that information and can drop it into the master file the day of the event. If you would like to include them so you have everything together, that is fine too.

Repeat golfers:
If you are working from a past sponsorship sheet please delete the rows for people who are not sponsoring you again this year. Also, be sure to double check addresses, especially if you get commitments through email.

Please let us know if we can help you in any way as you step out on faith and ask people to sponsor you.
