Most Summer Project events will take place at our studio building. Check out East Street Studios.

How Much:
You’ll need to raise $3500. This amount will cover your housing, meals, project expenses, and touring costs (for those doing the music or film track). You may also raise extra money to cover the following: your travel expenses to get to Keynote and back home, your support raising costs (stamps, letter, printing, etc.), and up to $400 to offset any personal expenses. These extra expenses may be reimbursed only after the full $3500 has been turned into the project’s financial coordinator.

NOTE: Once you’re accepted to Summer Project, a non-transferable and non-refundable $100 deposit must be received prior to April 2nd. We will deposit this check immediately upon your arrival and this amount will count towards your $3500.

The Day-to-Day:

What will I do every day on project at Keynote? Good question! First of all, students do not get jobs as part of the Keynote Summer Project. Your ministry focus will be developing and using your unique talents within your specific track. You will be discipled one-on-one by a staff member and you’ll meet for Bible study one night a week with students in your track. You’ll also get to take part in Keynote’s top-notch communication training and various teaching sessions that will equip you to share your story, connect with others, resolve conflict, practice forgiveness, and all sorts of other important life skills. It’ll be an intense schedule, but you will have free time to get out and explore the Indianapolis area with your project friends, too.

NOTE: There are times noted as “Rehearsal” in the schedule. For students in the short film and social media tracks, that time will be spent with the other students in your track learning and working on your short film or social media projects.

Note: Since the film and social media tracks are newer additions to our summer project, this video mostly highlights the music track.
